1. Payment Provider and Methods
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers, including PayU, using supported payment methods shown at checkout.
2. Currency and Taxes
All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be charged as required by law.
3. Plans and Billing Cycles
Plan names, limits, and billing periods are listed on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
4. Renewal Behavior
Plans do not auto-renew. Renewal requires an explicit user payment action.
5. Payment Success and Entitlement Activation
Paid plan entitlements are activated only after successful payment confirmation and verification.
6. Failed Payments
If payment fails, access to paid entitlements may be limited until payment is successfully completed.
7. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Proration
Plan upgrades and downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. No proration is applied.
8. Overages
Pay-as-you-go overage billing applies when included quotas are exceeded. Overage rates for writes, reads, embed tokens, AI generation tokens, and storage are listed on the Pricing page.
9. Invoices and Receipts
Payment confirmation and billing records are provided through checkout records and support-assisted request channels where applicable.
