1. Scope
This policy applies to paid MemoryNode plans purchased through approved payment channels.
2. Cancellation
- You may request cancellation at any time via support@memorynode.ai.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, paid entitlements do not renew automatically.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests may be raised within 7 calendar days of successful payment.
- Refunds are considered for duplicate charges, wrongful billing, or verified billing errors.
- No refund applies for partially used billing periods except where required by law.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Completed billing cycles, consumed usage within the paid cycle, and delays caused by external payment networks are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days. Final settlement timelines depend on your payment provider or bank.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support@memorynode.ai with transaction details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
